I studied psychology in undergrad and I actually didn't enjoy it. From there, I worked as a doula and a yoga teacher. In supporting women through birth and yogic practice, I realized there was something missing.
Nobody was talking about sexuality in any of these spaces!
But I'd always been fascinated by sexuality — reading books about Tantra as a teenager. I was extremely inspired by Kinsey's work. So I decided to return to psychology. I got my master's in sexology, dove in head first, and I'm still swimming.
When I started, there were hardly any sexologists in Australia. But the conversation was obviously needed. I started a blog all about sexuality and it took off.
I now support anyone who's interested in having a more fulfilling sex life through 1:1 coaching sessions, educative workshops, and through my transformative online workshops in Pleasure School.
Because I believe in integrity above all, I don't teach what I haven't experienced, struggled with, or worked through. Many sex experts come along and give advice publicly on things they haven't actually experienced for themselves.
My rule has always been that I don't talk about something that I'm not an expert in, or haven't thoroughly researched and studied.
If you're going through challenges in the bedroom, I’m here to tell you I’ve been there, a lot. And I understand. That’s what has inspired me over the years to create education and solutions for you. Because I know what it’s like to go from a boring/normal sex life, to an ecstatic sex life!
I've combined my years of experience studying sexology and tantra alongside my own personal journey to bring you these lessons about sex, intimacy and relationships. I've gathered everything you need to have a holistic, fulfilling sex life.
